Hi, my name is Brad Yerkes. I am a born and raised Austinite living in the Steiner Ranch area. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I have been a chef at Siena, Mezzluna,and many other restaurants in the Austin area. I have become very well known for my ability to make great soups. So I am starting my own soup business delivering fresh delicious soup to your door. All you have to do is call or Email me your address and phone number and I will take your order.

This is how it works, put a small ice chest with a little ice in it with a check under the ice chest and I will come by and drop the soup off before 4:00 pm every Tuesday and Friday. You don’t even have to be there just come home, get the soup and heat it up mmmmm!!! good. There will be heating instructions on the top of the soup along with next week’s soup. - April 21st Hey everyone I want to let y'all know that starting 4/21/08 I am temporally closing Potluck Soup. I want to thank everyone for their support and for all the orders. I am taking another job and wont have time to make soup. I am still working on finding investors so I can get a small commercial spot to do takeout and delivery and all my great soups. Thanks again for all the support and hopefully I can start up again at some point.
